Speaking of Bush on the Today Show

Did y'all see that? When Lauer asked Bush about Rove and the Plame investigation, Bush got this weird, inappropriate grin on his face. He looked like he was going to start giggling uncontrollably.

Seriously, what is wrong with that guy?
